This policy describes what information SuperLoops (operated by Amanjot Malhotra) collects when you visit superloops.techor send a note through the contact form. It does not cover client data SuperLoops holds on behalf of an engagement — that's covered separately by a Data Processing Agreement at the start of each build.
When you visit the site, basic request logs are recorded by the hosting provider (Vercel) — IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamp. These are used for security and capacity planning, not for analytics or advertising.
When you submit the contact form, the message you send (name, email, company, the body of your note) is delivered to a private inbox and, if you opt in to lead capture, written to an Airtable base SuperLoops controls. The data is never sold or shared.
No third-party analytics. No advertising trackers. No Facebook pixel, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, or equivalent. The site serves its fonts from Google Fonts and its assets from Vercel's CDN; those providers may log requests as part of normal operation, but no tracking has been configured through them.
The site does not set any marketing or analytics cookies. A single first-party preference cookie stores your light/dark theme choice so the next visit lands in your preferred mode without a flash. It expires after one year. Clear it if you want to reset.
Inbound notes are kept until a deletion is requested or until they are no longer relevant to an active conversation — usually within 90 days. Engagement data (notes, build specs, deployed workflows) is kept for the life of the engagement plus two years for handoff purposes.
Data can be deleted, exported, or corrected at any time by emailing amanmalhotra911@gmail.com. Requests are actioned within 7 days.
If the data collected or the way it's used changes, the page below is updated and the change log is amended. Material changes trigger a notice at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
